Eddie Hepper

Eddie is married to Wendy and they have four adult sons. He has a degree in Geography from Durham University and a PGCE teaching qualification. He has taught children within the primary age range since 1991, before which he worked in publishing. He was a Deputy Headteacher for 13 years, both in state and independent schools, and has been an Acting Headteacher. In 2010 his understanding of teaching was transformed when he trained in the Montessori method of teaching, which forms the foundation to the teaching at the Creative Education Centre Suffolk. He loves the outdoors, particularly when standing on a blustery mountain top.

Wendy Hepper

Wendy has a degree in the History of Art. She began her career as an Exhibitions Assistant organising art, architecture and sculpture exhibitions for the Hayward Gallery in London before having children. More recently she worked in Early Years Education in a Montessori Nursery. During this time Wendy successfully gained an International Montessori Diploma.
